Coating Processes
Dip Spin – Planetary Motion / Tilts
Ideal for coating small components in bulk, the dip spin process submerges parts in coating material before spinning them at high speed to remove excess. The planetary or tilt motion reorients components during spinning, preventing coating build-up in recesses and eliminating trapped material – delivering a cleaner, more uniform finish.
Automatic Coating
For high-volume, repeatable production, we offer CNC-programmed robotic application. This ensures accuracy and consistency for complex parts and can incorporate bespoke tooling where required.
Manual Coating
For specialist parts or smaller batch runs, manual coating provides flexibility and reduced tooling costs. It’s ideal for prototypes, customised finishes or parts requiring detailed precision.
