Nyltite Seals and Fastening Products
Nyltite™ nylon fastener components create a self-locking, watertight seal under the head of a screw, bolt, or rivet. Available exclusively from Inlex in Europe, they also act as vibration dampers and insulators, and can prevent galvanic corrosion.
They are used in a variety of industrial applications, cladding systems, electrical and electronic components, together with marine and aircraft applications.
Utilising a range of bespoke equipment, we produce a range of Nyltite part sizes, types and colours, to meet any customer needs.
How it Works
Nyltite products are trusted by engineers and manufacturers to offer high quality fasteners and plastic snap bushings. Extruded (as opposed to moulded) they seal, fasten, dampen vibration and insulate products in a range of industrial settings.
The range includes rolled collars/seals, thin wall snap bushings, grommets, sleeves, standoffs and spacers.
The Nyltite Rolled Collar is assembled to standard fasteners and various compressive devices, and sold as separate components or assembled fasteners.
