Magni Coatings for Duplex Protection
Magni duplex coating systems combine an inorganic zinc-flake basecoat with an organic topcoat for outstanding corrosion protection.
The Michigan-based manufacturer has been supplying customers worldwide since its formation more than 50 years ago.
As a licenced user, our chosen products include Magni B46 basecoat, which provides sacrificial zinc protection. This is paired with Magni B18 organic topcoat, for barrier performance, controlled friction, and consistent torque-tension properties.
This system is chromium-free, helps prevent hydrogen embrittlement, and achieves excellent salt-spray performance.
In addition, we offer Magni B18 Green, a coloured variant that delivers the same high performance with a distinctive green finish to meet customer or OEM specifications.
