ZinKlad® 250, ZinKlad® 250M, ZinKlad® 1000 and ZinKlad® 1000B
Anochrome provides a full range of ZinKlad® coating systems delivering uniform zinc and zinc-nickel deposits, supported by advanced trivalent passivates and high-performance topcoats. These systems ensure reliable sacrificial corrosion protection, controlled friction values, and consistent performance.
ZinKlad® 250 is an electroplated zinc process that provides a high-quality anticorrosive finish suitable for a wide range of applications.
ZinKlad® 250M is a mechanical zinc plating process offering anticorrosive protection without the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.
For higher durability in demanding environments, zinc-nickel plating is used within the ZinKlad® process. Both ZinKlad® 1000 and ZinKlad® 1000B deliver a homogeneous metallic deposit that provides excellent corrosion protection.
An optional speciality topcoat can be applied to further enhance corrosion resistance and adjust surface properties, ensuring uniform torque and reliable clamping characteristics.
MacDermid topcoats
To fine-tune performance and meet OEM specifications, we use a wide range of approved MacDermid topcoats, including TnT 12, TnT 12N, TnT 11, Finigard® 105, and Finigard® 113G. These coatings provide enhanced corrosion resistance, precise friction control, and consistent finishes tailored to customer requirements.
Within the ZinKlad® portfolio, we also offer PFAS-free topcoats, including TnT 12N and Finigard® 105. This gives customers sustainable alternatives that meet OEM requirements, without compromising corrosion protection or friction control.
