We protect customers’ parts using Dörken zinc-flake coatings – ultra-thin, inorganic zinc-aluminium lamella systems that deliver reliable cathodic corrosion protection, even at very low coating thicknesses.
Dörken is a family-run business with a 130-year pedigree. Its coatings are relied upon globally, for fasteners and large components; avoiding hydrogen embrittlement while meeting demanding salt-spray and friction-control requirements.
As a certified application partner, our range includes DELTA-PROTEKT® KL100 and KL105 basecoats for durable, chrome-free protection, paired with VH301 and VH302 topcoats for controlled friction values, chemical resistance, and consistent finishes.
We also offer functional and aesthetic solutions such as GZ Silver, GZ Black, Deltacol Black, and Deltacol Sky Blue, to meet appearance and performance needs.
For repairs and touch-ups, we apply Dörken’s zinc-flake repair products, restoring protection quickly without full re-baking and ensuring long-term, OEM-grade results.
PFAS-Free Solutions
Our KL100 basecoats are already PFAS-free, and we will soon introduce Dörken’s TC 502 topcoat to offer a complete PFAS-free corrosion protection system.
This aligns with the industry-wide shift driven by major OEMs toward more sustainable, environmentally-responsible coatings.
