Services & Coatings

We offer a wide range of services and coatings each delivering advanced surface finishing solutions for critical components and complex supply chains.

Dry Film Lubricants

Solid coatings reduce friction, wear, and heat - ideal for harsh environments and precision components.

Induction Hardening

Induction hardening of thread forming Tri-lobular fasteners target zones, improving durability with minimal distortion and energy efficiency.

Mechanical Plating

Cold-weld coatings enhance corrosion resistance and avoid hydrogen embrittlement, suitable for large and small components.

Phosphating

Phosphating chemically converts metal surfaces into a crystalline layer, enhancing protection and durability.

Wax Coatings & Lubricants

Wax coatings and lubricants enhance finish performance by reducing friction, ensuring torque consistency, and durability.

Zinc Flake

Zinc flake coatings prevent corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement, ideal for industrial dip-spin applications.

Zinc Nickel Plating

Zinc nickel plating offers superior corrosion protection for components in harsh industrial and automotive environments.

Zinc Plating

Zinc electroplating offers cost-effective corrosion protection, extending component life in industrial and automotive sectors.

Accreditations

Our commitment to quality and complete customer satisfaction is backed by our international accreditations. These include IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

IATF 16949

IATF 16949 is an international standard for quality management systems in the automotive industry. It builds on ISO 9001 but adds specific requirements tailored to automotive manufacturing and supply chains, focusing on defect prevention, continual improvement, and reducing variation and waste in the production process.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems (QMS), provides a framework for organisations to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

There is a strong emphasis on process improvement, customer satisfaction and risk-based thinking.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 focuses on environmental management systems (EMS) and provides a structured framework that helps organisations identify, manage, monitor and improve their environmental performance.

The standard majors in reducing environmental impact, complying with regulations, and continually improving sustainability practices.
