Versatile Solutions
The latest technology employed enables duplex patches to be applied. This means two different products can be applied on the same fastener or, if required, a single application of the same material on both thread and underhead.
Rimlex®
Rimlex® sealants provide a cost-effective and high-quality peripheral seal, which can be applied to the underhead bearing surface of bespoke fasteners and other components.
It can replace copper, aluminium and other more expensive sealing washers.
Rimlex® can be pre-applied, away from the assembly area, ensuring the correct amount is dispensed for robust and consistent joints.
Other Threadlocking and Sealing Systems
Sealing systems such as precote® 5 and 15, and Microseal 204 prevent a range of potential problems. These include water ingress for sealing on fluid tanks and roof channels in ambient and elevated temperatures.
Our reactive locking systems include popular products such as precote® 30, 80 and 85. Nylon 11 torque patch systems in blue, red and bespoke colours are also available. These products can be applied to most substrates and commercial finishes. They are currently specified by major OEMs in the automotive, defence and other industries.
At Inlex, we also specialise in the selective application of lubricants for pre-applied, dry-to-touch patch systems, including Top 300.
Exclusive Patching Partnership
As the sole license UK holder for Nylok’s Tuflok®, NySeal® and NySeal 2.0® patching systems across the UK. In addition our Poland and Czech Republic facilities also hold a licence to apply Nylok’s Tuflok®, meaning we can apply some of its most popular and innovative solutions.
