To achieve this we utilise manual, automatic and robotic techniques to produce high-quality spray coatings, together with anodising and aluminium passivation, thermal diffusion and electromagnetic compatibility coatings (EMC).
We supply small and large batch sizes, from large defence projects and engine blocks to M3 aerospace fasteners and brake calipers.
Types of Coating Supplied
There are five main categories of coating available from Anotec:
- Solid film lubricant and organic coatings, including industry-leading products such as Xylan® from Whitford.
- Corrosion protection coatings (ferrous products) with a full range of major zinc flake-based paint systems. We supply products from suppliers including Dörken, NOF, Geomet, Magni and Zintech. Robotic spray line and manual spray booths are used to maximise efficiency and flexibility.
- Aesthetic/decorative coatings in epoxies, acrylics and polyurethane. These are supplied for a vast range of automotive, industrial and military applications. We are the only supplier also offering in-house logo screen-printing on brake calipers and other varied components.
- Special coatings, including EMC/RFI shielded coatings, thermal or insulation coatings and a range of duplex coatings systems.
- We are the only UK job coater offering Greenkote® thermal diffusion zinc coatings on to threaded components, castings and pressings. This provides a highly durable, corrosion-resistant coating which, when combined with top coats, can give salt spray performance in excess of 2,000 hours.
