Zintek 200 is a silver zinc-flake basecoat that provides excellent cathodic protection, strong adhesion, excellent colour stability and proven resistance in demanding salt-spray and cyclic corrosion tests.
For enhanced performance, we pair it with Zintek Top L, a thin, water-based inorganic topcoat with integrated lubrication. This ensures controlled friction values, added chemical resistance, and long-term durability. It is ideally suited for use in the automotive, construction and other industries.
Together, these coatings give fasteners and components consistent, OEM-approved protection with a clean, uniform finish.
